NASCAR 25 is iRacing Studio's first dedicated NASCAR title since acquiring the exclusive license from Motorsport Games on October 5, 2023. Unlike the previous console titles developed by Monster Games and published by iRacing Studios that ran on the Unity Engine (World of Outlaws 2024), NASCAR 25 runs on the Unreal Engine Version 5.5. The title was released on October 14, 2025, for consoles and later released on November 11th, 2025, for PC. Although the game is somewhat lacking in depth and customization, the driving model and controls show that the game has good bones to build on for future iterations.
